Our Jackson, TN community is wrapping its arms around one of our own. The Jackson Police Department (JPD) family, alongside America Cares International, is coming together for a vital cause: the “Smokin’ For Shania” fundraiser. The event is being held to support SGT. Karrie Hart and her family. SGT. Hart’s daughter, Shania—a mother of two young children—recently underwent brain surgery and is currently receiving ongoing treatment at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

When times get tough, we at America Cares International believe there’s no substitute for community.
